Conserverie Sarjua was created 13 years ago by Mr. D. Sarjua, an exporter of fresh fruits and vegetables from Mauritius.

At the heart of the companys philosophy, was an idea to manufacture those products without any artificial preservatives, colorants or flavourings whatsoever, and in contrast to other pickles on the market, ours are not excessively salty, and do not contain any sugars

Today, as the world becomes increasingly concerned about the harmful effects of artificial additives in foodstuff, our company is able to guarantee the absence of such additives from our products. As the company product range expanded over the years we have retained this philosophy to make it our core strength, as well as prioritizing a very meticulous selection of raw materials and using the latest food technology available, to reach the highest standards of quality.

We have built a strong place in the European market of ethnic foods with our achars, and are now looking forward to promote our new range of spices and curry powders. We are already referenced in many large supermarkets in France, and are steadily penetrating into other European markets.
